High-protein foods (meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese, brown rice, nuts, seeds, soybeans)
Food that contain sulfur (egg yolks, cauliflower, cabbage, turnips, onion, garlic).
Calcium-rich foods (dairy products, leafy greens, sea herbs)
