– 11 oz One coconut water or Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Juice
– 2 scoops whey protein
– 1/2 cup crushed ice
– 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1 tbsp. flax seed or chia seed
– 1 tbsp. honey, agave or maple syrup (optional)
You will need:
– blender, measuring cup, measuring spoon spatula
Pour coconut water in blender then combine remaining ingredients. Blend well. Serve immediately. Makes two servings.
