1 turnip
3 carrots
1 apple
½ fennel bulb

Juice or blend and dring for glowing skin (courtesy of the vitamin C) and the wrinkle smoothing effects of manganese naturally occurring in this longevity mix!

Beauty Juicing Bliss
2-3 parsnips
2-3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 lemon
1 apple

Process the ingredients above through your juicer or blender. Another great wrinkle reducer.

1 cucumber
1/2 cup parsley
1 small apple
4 carrots
1/4 – 1/2 cup coconut milk or soy milk

Juice or blend all ingredients, add milk and enjoy!
